Songs and things

It's a funny trait of mine - sorta like some conditioning process - that I associate songs with people. There are some songs that I will listen to and think of that person.

It all started in secondary school, with Glynnis and Butterfly (Blah, blah, blah, I'm your little butterfly). I don't know why the link stuck, but if I hear that song in particular by Aqua, I'll think of Glynnis. Then there's Joel and "Quando Quando Quando" (because he hates it),
Dennis with "Keep me a secret",
Jeremy with "Norweigian Wood" (because he asked for it, so admittedly, it's not a very strong association),
Tim with "Push the button" (which is a horrible choice, but I couldn't help it),
Azmi with "Sexual Healing" (because he sent it to me, and I don't think it's as seductive as he thinks it is),
Neltje with "Candy Shop",
Mel with almost any Japanese song by Ayumi,
Cheryl with any Sun Yanzi song (it's more of an association between her and the singer actually),

I'm sure there are more, but these are just the ones I can think of at the moment. So if one day you see me drift off into space or start laughing when a song is playing, I just might be thinking of you.
